Q: How do I watch my seminar? Where's the link?
A: Once you buy your seminar, you'll be sent a confirmation email. Just scroll down on the confirmation email and click the blue underlined text that identifies your seminar and says "click here to watch your seminar."
Q: How many times can I watch the seminar? Can I share the link with others?
A: You can watch the seminar as many times as you'd like over the course of 21 days. You can't share the link with other computers, but you're free to have others watch on your computer or you can project the seminar on a screen for a larger audience to view.
Q: Why would I pay for your instant online seminar when there are free webinars on the internet?
A: That's a great question and we're glad you asked. For starters, our seminars are not a sales pitch. We're just trying to teach you something, which makes for a better, more efficient learning experience. Plus, our online seminars are presented by top-rated instructors and include additional content, a post-seminar quiz and 21 days of free email consulting.
Q: Is 60 Second Online University a good corporate citizen? What are you guys doing to help make the world a better place?
A: Lots of stuff. For starters, some of our staff help run a charity called A School Bell Rings. A School Bell Rings builds schools for impoverished children around the globe. Better still, for every seminar you buy, we send a textbook to a child at one of the schools we support through A School Bell Rings. It's kind of a win/win situation -- you get a seminar, and a child overseas gets a textbook. Cool, eh?
Q: Are your seminars Windows and Macintosh compatible?
A: Yup, our seminars work on both Windows and Macintosh computers.
Q: How do I contact 60 Second Online University?
A: Just click the cleverly-named "Contact Us" link in the menu bar above. Or. you can call 678-313-3472 or email us by clicking here.
Q: I have a dial-up connection. Can I watch your streaming video seminars?
A: Well, not really, unless you don't mind waiting hours for stuff to download. We would, however, encourage you to get a Broadband connection if possible. The internet is full of great stuff and you're missing out on a whole slew of great content!
Q: I received an error message that says, "Please enable your browser cookies and then close and restart your browser."
A: Okay, this is pretty easy to fix. To enable cookies in Firefox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. Under the Privacy tab, click to expand the Cookies heading and reveal the full menu. Check the Allow Sites to Set Cookies box. Click OK. In Safari, go to the Safari menu and select Preferences. Under the Security tab, set the Accept Cookies preference to Always. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Under the Privacy tab, make sure the slider is set to Medium (the default setting for IE). Click OK.
